Participating Agencies and Direct Agencies

By entering into a relationship with Cifas, the UK’s biggest cross sector fraud data sharing organisation, you could help your existing and future clients prevent greater amounts of fraud and associated financial losses.

Direct agencies are able to make a data search request, with Cifas then searching and returning results on their behalf. Clients will be able to access the majority of the matched case data in an automated way, without manually searching the database.

Participating agencies are agencies that hold a copy of our National Fraud Database, enabling them to search the database and return data on behalf of a client.
