Location: London, Office-based / Home-worker
Role Purpose:
•    Coordination of Cifas learning products and courses delivery by Cifas Learning Academy. 
•    Supporting the development and launch of Cifas’ Learning Management Systems. (LMS); and development and accreditation of learning products and ensuring effective use of supporting systems and processes. 
•    Primary point of contact for queries by internal stakeholders and external tutors, learners and accreditation bodies.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1.    Support the development and delivery of the Cifas’ Learning Management Systems, to ensure that there is a high standard of customer support in place for both Cifas and its customers.
2.    Accountable for the day-to-day management of LMS learners, ensuring that the product performs to the level required.
3.    Lead in developing, implementing, and updating Cifas Learning Operations Manual, ensuring its application to all learning activities, and monitoring its effectiveness
4.    Assist in design, maintenance, and revision of learning material, ensuring version control accurately updated with revisions; support the application of quality assurance; and updating records within a timely manner. 
5.    In collaboration with colleagues across Cifas, support the development of standards, products, materials to ensure their currency and validity, in accordance with identified, ongoing requirements of learning and development.
6.    Managing the end-to-end coordination for all learning and development programmes and workshops globally (including planning, scheduling, communications, logistics and reporting). 
7.    Primary point of contact for general enquiries about Learning & Development from internal and external stakeholders, including learners, trainers, and consultants – providing advice, guidance and assistance to support the implementation of learning programmes and products, as required. 
8.    Responsible for ensuring learner records are accurate, supplier invoices processed within a timely manner and associated costs tracked against budget. 
9.    Responsible for creating a positive and engaging learner experience for internal and external learners, including liaising with external accrediting institution, supporting registration and following up with learners for feedback.
10.    Support Head of Learning and Counter Fraud Studies in building an online learning global community through social collaboration tools. 
11.    Working in collaboration with People & Culture, track enrolment and attendance of internal Cifas colleagues to updated personnel records. 
12.    Continuously review current processes and practice to identify and make recommendations on improvements including where automation or streamlining processes is possible.

No role profile can cover every issue which may arise within the post at various times. The post holder is expected to carry out other duties from time to time, which are broadly consistent with those described.

Person Specification
•    Essential: Certificate of Higher Education (CertHE) (Level 4) / or equivalent level of relevant academic pursuit
•    Desirable: Bachelor’s Degree in relevant business qualification / or equivalent level qualification.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
•    Previous experience of working within a learning or training environment. 
•    Experience of administering learning management systems or similar
•    Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines, with high attention to detail
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept in working effectively within a team, and building strong working relationships with the business. 
•    Exceptional administrative, planning, and organisational skills. 
•    Creative problem solver with hands on experience of delivering success in a partnership model, and can articulate the value that this approach brings
•    Exceptional levels of digital literacy, able to learn new systems with speed and efficiency. Technical skills including Advanced Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel, advantageous. 
•    Self-starter, motivated and enthusiast in delivering priorities, whilst operating with a level of autonomy. 
•    Previous experience of carrying out research, consultation, and analysis of information from multiple sources to identify clear, appropriate learning outcomes
•    Familiar with the principles of course design and delivery 
•    Previous exposure of working in a fraud prevention or knowledge principles of Financial crime, Fraud prevention and Data Protection legislation, advantageous
Additional Information:
•    There may be occasions where the post holder is required to work outside of standard hours. 
•    The post holder may be required to attend meetings and events outside of normal office base and to do this occasional travel will be required.
