Location: Working from Anywhere in the UK, with some travel required

Role Purpose:
• Develop, launch and manage Cifas’ new digital learning management system (LMS), whilst managing existing LMS platform and its eventual migration to a single solution.
• Working in collaboration with wider learning team, support creation and digitalisation of static learning materials.
• Develop engaging and interactive digital content to drive Cifas’ digital learning solutions, whilst positions Cifas Learning Academy as leaders in fraud preventions tools and training.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Responsible for overall management of Cifas’ Learning Management Systems, ensuring a high standard of learner support in place for both Cifas users, our members, and other external learners.
2. Effectively partner with key business stakeholders, including external LMS providers and instructional design agencies to determine learning needs and design solutions whilst overseeing suppliers’ development roadmap and produce industry leading learning solutions.
3. Develop and deliver an effective onboarding and training programme for all LMS users (including NFD and IFD members), with updated digital products, ensuring streamlined learner experience and introducing them to benefits of Cifas Learning solutions;
4. Primary lead in development of projects relating to digital learning and ongoing management of Cifas’ LMS, ensuring the functionality and content is fit for purpose; includes management of content and software updates ensuring all digital content is up to date, both on the LMS and for SCORM package subscribers.
5. Working in collaboration with Cifas colleagues, including Commercial and Member Experience Teams, to build upon existing solutions, and shaping learning content and learner experience, identifying opportunities to enhance and evolve solutions, whilst expanding Cifas’ reputation as a leader in fraud prevention.
6. Working in collaboration with external stakeholders that provide learning content for digital products to identify opportunities to improve learner experience and keep learning content updated and relevant to development in fraud prevention.
7. Management of LMS and digital content budgets, reconciling on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and reforecasting, as required.
8. Produce learning analytics on a regular basis to demonstrate LMS usage in line with agreed principles and key performance indicators (KPIs).
9. Develop and deliver annual digital learning plan which supports the wider learning strategic intentions and aligns with agreed digital learning solutions and design principles.
10. Work closely with Head of Learning, support the delivery and implementation of the learning & development strategy for digital learning.
11. Working alongside wider learning team, as subject matter expert for all digital learning, to support in growth of Cifas’ learning services.

Person Specification
Education/Qualification

• Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing / equivalent business qualification.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
• Previous experience of managing external stakeholders in the development and maintenance of digital learning content including both technical and content development suppliers is essential.
• Previous experience of managing an LMS (essential), preferably outward facing using an extended enterprise solution. (desirable)
• Previous knowledge and understanding of software development and deployment, particularly in relation to learning technologies and experience of digital instructional design and content development process is essential.
• Extensive product development skills, including planning, scheduling tasks, managing resources to deliver enhancements, new products of a very high quality to agreed timescales and budget, advantageous.
• Skilled in managing budgets, including regular reporting of both sales and costs and reforecasting/phasing as necessary.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to understand business drivers, cost management, managing customer expectations, and competitor dynamics.
• Previous experience of working in a member organisation, with industry knowledge of fraud prevention, fraud systems and fraud prevention technology, would be advantageous.
• Driven to deliver, with a high degree of awareness of the supplier and learning market, with a proven track record of driving and growing multiple revenue streams, with ability to build strong networks and use these to identify prospective members.

• Excellent skills in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Additional Information
• There may be occasions where the post holder is required to work outside of standard hours.
• The post holder may be required to attend meetings and events outside of normal office base and to do this occasional travel will be required.
