Cifas is the UK’s leading fraud prevention service, managing the largest database of instances of fraudulent conduct in the country. As the Marketing Executive you will deliver marketing activity to support our business and marketing strategies, drive audience reach and engagement, and support the drive for revenue. You will help create innovative marketing campaigns and engaging digital campaigns, and the production of high-quality content in print and digital formats. As well as research and oversee events and speaker opportunities, ensuring these are aligned to our marketing strategy.
You will develop and deliver marketing campaigns that support Cifas’ marketing strategy for our products, learning and events, for new and existing members. You will build strong and collaborative relationships across Cifas to support engagement with key audiences and stakeholders. As well as build upon the strength of Cifas’ brand identify as a leader in fraud prevention. You will work in collaboration with colleagues in the Product Innovation Directorate, as well as those in Business Development, Data Integrity and Member Experience teams to successfully engage and inform Cifas members with our products, systems and data, maximising their experience as members.
In addition, you will be responsible for creating marketing campaigns using a wide range of channels and tactics, including organising events, webinars, mail campaigns, social media, and paid-for activity. You get the opportunity to research and oversee the organisation of all events and speaker opportunities. As well as create marketing assets and collateral to drive revenue growth, ensuring our tone of voice and messaging is on-brand and aligned with all our communication channels and business values. You will be responsible for analysing lead sources through Cifas’ CRM, advising on improvements for lead generation, including carrying out regular analysis of marketing and campaign activity. You will also support the organisation and delivery of Cifas events and forums in order to maximise lead generation, expenditure and return on investment.
Who we’re looking for
An experienced marketing professional with a degree in marketing/communications or equivalent qualification (2-3 years relevant experience would be acceptable). You will have experience of selecting, designing, marketing and managing events and campaigns and creating marketing materials. You have the ability to use your own initiative, with excellent organisational and planning skills. You are creative, have an analytical thinking style, tenacious in the dace of obstacles and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
In addition, you will respond and adapt quickly to changes in the industry or business priorities to evolve marketing activity. You have excellent verbal and communications skills alongside excellent interpersonal skills, used to forge strong working relationships across teams. Strong negotiation skills and influencing skills are essential, you will need to build credibility, trust and influence at all levels. Furthermore, you will be a strong role model of behaviours consistent with our values of collaboration, integrity, expertise, innovation and respect.
