Assist in the development and manage the strategic partnership strategy and the sales
strategy for Cifas, developing new and existing partnerships with partner organisations
to support the growth of the organisation. Responsible for ongoing management of Cifas’ commercial roadmap, aligning our
partner strategy to the overall business plan, ensuring annual revenue budgets are met,
and proactively seek growth opportunities for Cifas. Better understand opportunity and deliver sustainable growth in core markets, through
competitor analysis, understanding the key market drivers, translating research and
data into business solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Primary lead in managing our relationships with partners, building word-class relationship experience at operational and strategic levels.
Overall accountability for end-to-end activities related to the integration of new partner agencies, ensuring success via set targets, performance criteria, KPIs, and management systems that enhance our impact as leader of fraud prevention, and continually improves the value we bring to our partner organisations.
Responsible for design and delivery of new-partnership models, producing solution-based partnership sales processes, identifying and developing revenue opportunities using the suite of offerings from the Cifas’ product portfolio, aimed at improving our member’s capability to prevent fraudulent conduct.
Working in collaboration with Cifas colleagues and under advice from legal experts, responsible for contract negotiations with partners organisations to ensure contracts terms remain beneficial, competitive and reflect the demands of emerging opportunities.
Working in collaboration with Cifas’ solicitors, responsible for drafting partnership contracts to optimisation member experience based upon in-depth knowledge of what our partners organisations and the best solutions for them to work with Cifas.
Effectively create and manage a forecast of partner sales opportunities, tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success, tracking all sales activity using the company's CRM platform and identify opportunities to generate revenue working in collaboration with the Head of Business Development.
Participate in Cifas member events and other forums including participation at external events with members, partners and industry networks, to identify new partnership opportunities which support member engagement, business development and commercial revenue, whilst positively representing the interests of Cifas.
Responsible for arranging the design and delivery of training and guidance for new and existing partnerships, including guidance on their responsibility in remaining compliant with Cifas’ handbook.
Accountable for ongoing relationship management with Partner organisations to ensure updated and compliant with new product designs and developments, sharing best practice whilst protection our data assets.
Working in collaboration with Data Integrity colleagues, ensure timely and professional auditing of our partners, following up on any recommendations for improvement, and ensuring a positive outcome for Cifas and the members.

Education/Qualification: Degree level or equivalent qualification. Relevant experience essential.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
Previous experience of working in a Cifas partner organisation, with industry knowledge of fraud prevention, fraud systems and fraud prevention technology, advantageous.
Strategic contributor with the ability to bring further market knowledge and intelligence to the business.
Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a proven track record of driving and growing multiple revenue streams, with ability to build strong networks and use these to identify prospective partners.
Extensive experience of managing partner relationships with a strong commercial acumen, executing strategic priorities successfully, and can articulate the value to business.
Able to respond positively to change, identifying the need for change and innovation.
Extensive experience in market analysis and metrics, data analysis and interpretation skills, with experience of report writing.
Excellent communication approach with engaging written skills, works effectively within a team, understands the impact of own actions on colleagues.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade influence and, when appropriate, challenge with tact and diplomacy.
Strong collaborator, working with the business to proactively identify areas for automation and continuous improvement, extract the maximum potential from the existing tools whilst continuously improving processes.
Demonstrable experience of effectively motivating and inspiring staff, focusing them on successful outcomes.

Ability to work professionally to deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent skills in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
There may be occasions where the post holder is required to work outside of standard hours.
The post holder may be required to attend meetings and events outside of normal office base and to do this occasional travel will be required.
