CIFAS can provide a range of competitively priced Meeting, Training and Conference Rooms, offering a high quality and cost-effective service.

Based at our offices in Bloomsbury, Central London – overlooking Tavistock Square and just a few minutes walk from Euston, St Pancras and King’s Cross mainline stations in London – all our meeting rooms offer a modern environment in which to host your event or meeting. We are also within walking distance of the London Underground tube stations at Euston, Euston Square, Russell Square, St Pancras and King’s Cross with their links to the Circle, Victoria, Northern, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines. The area is well served by central London’s bus routes and offers a variety of hotels and guest houses to suit all budgets.

All our Meeting and Training Rooms come with a range of features including:

• large plasma screen TVs and flipcharts for your interactive sessions
• flexible seating arrangements
• specialist AV equipment upon request
• complimentary refreshments throughout

CIFAS also has a number of caterers available to arrange a lunch buffet if it is required. Catering information is available upon request, and will vary in price depending on your needs.

All of the rooms are fully flexible and can be used for meetings, conferences, training courses and other similar events. As a not-for-profit organisation the facilities that we provide are competitively priced with no VAT to pay on the room hire. VAT is payable only on lunch buffets provided by external caterers.

The largest of the three rooms we have to offer is the Balchin Room. It is a bright and airy space that can be configured in a variety of ways to cater for large groups for training, seminars or meetings.

Our IT suite is comfortable and bright - ideal for multi-media training.  Of a size similiar to the Balchin Room, the Hilton Room is equipped with 10 PCs with internet access.  This room is ideal for IT training and any medium-sized or small meetings.
