This course is primarily aimed at staff who verify identity documents - from frontline staff to fraud investigators.

Style and preparation

A mixture of a formal presentation, practical examples, group exercises and various discussions. Participants are encouraged to bring along their own identity documents for comparison, plus any examples of fraudulent documents that their organisation has received.
