  The National Intelligence Model (NIM) is a business ‘model’ for law enforcement designed to ensure that information is fully researched, developed and analysed to produce intelligence that can be used to make operational/tactical resourcing decisions, provide strategic direction and manage risk.
  
• NOOP – Card Not Out of Possession of Cardholder Fraud
  The fraudulent use, normally at cash machines and often by a family member, of a ‘borrowed’ payment card that is subsequently returned to the cardholder’s possession.
