The CIFAS Meeting & Training Room Suite

The premises are a short walk from Euston, St. Pancras and King's Cross mainline stations, so are very well located for visitors to London. The premises are fully accessible to wheelchair users and include wheelchair accessible toilet facilities for the disabled.

Fees and Charges for 2010 (all prices below exclude VAT)

Lunch and Refreshments

• A choice of buffet lunch can be supplied at £7.50 (exc. VAT) or £9.50 (exc. VAT) per person depending on the type of lunch required. A service charge of £4 per person, to a maximum of £40, will apply. We can also cater for any different dietary requirements.
• Tea, Coffee and Biscuits are available throughout the day and are included in the room charge.
  

Terms and Conditions

• A 50% deposit will be required to secure the booking.
• Final numbers, etc. should be notified up to one working day before the meeting.
• Food and refreshments will be charged on numbers confirmed as at 3 working days prior to the meeting.

Cancellation of the meeting

• Two months before the meeting - no cancellation fee is charged
• One month before the meeting - 25% of the full fee is charged
• 14 days before the meeting - 50% of the full fee is charged
• 7 days before the meeting - total amount is charged

Refund Policy

Refunds, where due, will be made within 30 days of cancellation either by electronic transfer (where account details have been provided) or by cheque
