The CIFAS Protective Registration Service is not operated from CIFAS's London Office. It is operated by a third party who are contracted to provide the service on behalf of CIFAS.  Click here for the contact details and to download the registration form you need to complete.

Before you write to CIFAS, please read the section of the website on Consumer Complaints. CIFAS is only able to help you resolve a complaint, if you have received a Final Response Letter from the CIFAS Member confirming their complaint procedure is completed or exhausted. In all other cases, we have to refer you to the Member concerned.
